Highland Sea Charters Ltd reserves the right to cancel a charter at any time prior to or during a trip without advance warning. The Skipper's decision on the day is final .
If Highland Sea Charters Ltd cancels a charter due to weather conditions, breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances and a mutually acceptable alternative date cannot be found then any deposit will be refunded in full.
Where the customer cancels a booking, the customer will be charged in full for the total number of places booked. We will attempt to rebook the date. Only if we manage to secure another booking will a refund be offered.

All customers are requested and expected to wear a life jacket at all times throughout the charter period and to follow the instructions of the skipper at all times.
If any customer is found to be in possession of anything illegal; or engages in behaviour causing danger to themselves or other persons or property on board, including consumption of alcohol to excess, then he or she will be put ashore at the first opportunity. In this event, the customer will forfeit their right to a refund.
